How do I grade it? - What are qualifiers?

...I believe grading pretty much confirms authenticity. Plus it usually doubles the cards value (when compared to an ungraded card). Though the card should be near mint/mint (besides the obvious tape) to really make this worth it. Don't know much besides that.

I've never gotten a card graded, but heard that you can get it done at a certified locations. If there's none nearby, you can also send it in (directly to them).

Normally, I am not a fan of having cards slabbed. But on this card, I think different. 1.) It would help greatly, to have a professional state it is printing on tape. 2.) The card is already 13 years old. Adhesive breaks down over time. I think the value of the card is with the tape attached.
