I know you are just beginning, but your text really needs work.

Text is actually one of the hardest things to stick onto a banner. It must be put so that it doesn't distract the viewer from the focal point of the image, but at the same time should be too hard to see and is readable. The font of the text should also match with the "theme" of the banner (so a banner that has a nature-feel to it shouldn't have very a very active font). Also, the font color should be a color that helps make it stand out, but still match the color scheme of the banner and not distract the viewer from the focal point.

In your case, the text doesn't really "fit" into the banner, standing out too much and not matching the theme.

I like that the renders you are using are of somewhat good quality, that's a nice plus. When you're doing text it may be best just to keep it small in size and simple to start out. Don't add tons of effects to the text to try and make it stand out. Until you've learned how to use text you might just want to omit it from sigs till you get the hang of it. Inserting text into the right spot with the right style can be difficult.

Thanks guys for all the feedback and I updated the original post with a few more signatures I made before you guys told me to put the pokemon in the center so please dont comment on that I know and I made an avatar it is my first
