If you lived anywhere right now, where would you live and why?

I am just woundering where you'd live if could live anywhere and why would you want to live there. We have not done this in a long time.

I would still live in Green Bay WI, because it is confortable temps all year long.
 
I would say Dubai or Monico. However as there was a thread like this before, I predict that almost everyone will say Japan. I don't exactly get why Japan is awesome, sure its great but not my ideal place to go...
 
I think I said it in the last thread too, but I'm probably going to stick with nearabouts where I am.

Also.. i don't think I'd like to live in Japan. Visiting may be nice, but many areas in japan are pretty crowded. And.. I don't like crowds.

Secluded countryside for me. :cool:
 
I'm content living in Ohio, though. I love the people, the sights, and even the weather (I'm a snow kinda guy, haha). I wouldn't trade my home here for anything in the world (welll, a summer home in Tuscany would be nice ;x)
 
Yeah, California has much better weather (minus the earthquakes and pollution), but I love the scenery there.

Meh I'm pretty comfortable up here in NJ. The autumn is really nice with all of the multicolored trees. We get all sorts of weather from 90's to 10's. It also has little to no disasters. I just wish it wouldn't get so darn cold in the winter.
 
^Sounds like a good place Autumn is my favorite season and that place you describe would be good for me.
 
It kinda depends. If I was poor, I'd rather live in some small town than Beverly Hills. If money isn't an issue, I'd live in Norway. It was rated the country with the highest quality of life. Not to mention it being such a serene location.
 
I'd love to live in Germany. I'd like to visit the birthplace of of my first family members (back in the 1660's).
 
New York. Long Island, to be specific. I visit LI every other year because I have relatives that live there, and I just love it. Plus, I like most of the New York sports teams. :p

people talk about earthquakes but they rarely ever happen and they are usually minor. No real pollution down here, except light pollution. You never see that many stars.
 
I think living around Orlando Florida is the best place. Hurricanes really dont hit hard inland nor do floods. Winter is warm and summer is nice. Plus, there is a lot to do around there.
 
Nah, here in the Netherlands my famlily and friends live, so I would like to stay here. Exept from that Japan is a very nice country to live in, like most Asian countries. Singapore would be nice too.
 
Well, I plan to go to the San Fransisco Academy of Art for college, but I'll eventually probably go live in Houston, with my and who showed me the awesomeness of anime and manga....


I would also like to go to japan so I could check out some kerero gunso stuff, and pokemon stuff, but I wouldnt want to accidently eat a whale...
