Hi,
if i attach,say,3 Pluspowers to a uxie and do psychic restore,do the pluspowers go along with uxie under the deck?also is it the same way with starmie LA,do they go into my hand?Pluspowers are only discarded at the end of the turn aren't they?so i believe i'll be able to do that.

Yes wth uxie they would go to the deck and with satrmie they would go to your hand.

To clarify, any effects of attacks are finished before the turn ends. The effect of placing Uxie under the deck along with any cards attached to it has to happen before your turn ends, thus you put Uxie under before the PlusPowers have a chance to be discarded. The same applies to Starmie. This effect is not, however, prevented by Unown G... before anyone decides to ask.
