I have a question pertaining to flygon's (arceus set) poke body... the wording confuses me and says one damage counter on EACH of you opponents active pokemon... is this for the occasion that there is a unknown attached to their pokemon or is it each or their pokmon? Thanks in advance!

No, attached unown doesn't count as a pokemon, it counts as a tool

It is talking about a double battle. In a double battle, your opponent has 2 active pokemon, so it says EACH active pokemon. Like when it says "choose one of your opponent's active pokemon", they are talking about the old double battle mechanic.

More back then, they used to consider everything in a double battle. They do not have double battles anymore.
