Ruling Is it normal for YOU getting 2 holos in the ex pokemon packs?

Yeah, one time, I got a holo Raichu and a holo Haunter out of an EX Firered LeafGreen pack.
 
i have to say, the BEST booster pack I've seen is one that my friend pulled the other day.
The store had only 1 Legend Maker booster left, and my friend is like "screw it, I'll buy it" and he opened and there was a bunch of really crap uncommons and commons, and then he saw a Reverse holo Golem, and he's like 'that's not bad', and then behind it was a Mew EX.
 
you an get a rare holo and a reverse holo in the same pack, and if you get an ex you get another holo as well.

Since when? I thought the ex served the place of a rare/rareholo.

I keep finding packs with 3 holos in it. Sometimes I don't get a single holo or alternative holo. I found another double rainbow energy yesterday!
 
i get 2 rare holos in the booster pack i buy nowadays. My friedn even got a rare holo and an ex together in a booster pack. So, it's very common. Especially, in Holon Phantoms and Emerald.
 
so you can get 2 holos in one pack if 1 card is a normal shiny and the other one is the alternate holo or if 1 card is alternate holo and 1 is an ex?
 
Once i buy my first and only one FRLG booster i pulled Articuno ex and holo Celio's network

and i pulled 1 blastoise ex 1 charizard ex 1 suicune ex and sneasel ex

i hardly belive that but it was true! very very good and true!:D
