RSE/FRLG Is it possible to get a Shiny Charmander in LeafGreen?

Hi! I'm not sure if anyone will answer this at all since it's a pretty old generation, but is it possible to get a Shiny Charmander in LeafGreen if I keep resetting before I receive it? Please and thanks!

I'm currently trying.....I've even tried in school :p but I think the black Charizard looks cool, and it might be good for my White team (I beat the main storyline) thanks for the answers!

yes it is possible. i have a shiny blaziken in emerald so it should be possible in that game as well

Yeah, i know in Black/White, you have a 1 in 8000 chance of getting a shiny.

And random fact, if your breeding pokémon, and ones foreign(i think it has to be japanese), it lowers it down to a 1 in 2000 chance! XD

*1/8192, but that doesn't mean that you'll get it in 8192 resets. And yes, you definatly can get a Shiny Charmander. Shinies were introduced in G/S, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes they were. I've gotten a Shiny Charmander from doing that. It took forever though. Good luck!!
