Who is Pokemon more meant for? Girls or boys? I say more for boys because:

1. Of May and Dawn- You won't believe the number of fanboys there are over "mature" May and mini skirt wearing Dawn...

2. Ash is the main character, so themes and stuff would be more male oriented...

What do you think?
 
It is meant for everyone, but it tends to be more boys than girls that like it, sometimes for the reasons you stated. :/
 
Hey, I think it's more for boys because little boys would want to emulate Ash and have a good-looking girlfriend :)D)
 
I think boys more than girls because younger boys would be watching Saturday morning cartoons, and younger girls would be of playing house of something. :D
 
Games are naturally aimed at boys, because boys are more compeditive then girls. The anime is supposed to be cute, so I guess both...but overall, its at boys.

that's what i mean but it's not always that sometimes girls like battle and sometime (like me) boys like contests

i think there are aspects in the show for boys youger boys (battles) and older boys (may and dawn, do you never wonder why they dressed them up like that)
and for girls, i don't know, cuz i aint a girl, but i think they did the contests, and the little relationships (brock with evryone, and ash with latias) for the girls


(grave the undead i kinda like it but just for the fun)
