RBY Is There Really a Truck?

There is a truck in Red, Blue, and Yellow. It is in the port where the SS Anne is; however you can only reach it with Surf. To reach it, you need to get HM03 and beat Koga's gym without receiving HM01 from the captain, and to do that you need to trade in a Pokemon with Cut into your game. (There's also a way you can re-enter the SS Anne after it leaves...)
However, there is absolutely nothing special about the truck, despite all the rumors otherwise. I know this because I have seen the truck myself. It is just a truck...

Yes it`s just a truck but there have been a lot of rumors about it like that if you moved it Mew would be in a Pokeball or any Pokegod, apparently there is also another one in FireRed LeafGreen and if you move it you will get a Lava Cookie

After you get Cut from the captain, you can go lose purposely to one of the trainers on the deck. That way, the SS Anne doesn't leave. The truck was nothing special, just a little easter egg. Many people thought that using strength on the truck, you could fight/capture Mew. In FRLG, there is a Lava Cookie next to the truck.
