It's fake, but I wish it was real. It looks really cool! It's fake because the font is off and it says 'Pokemon' instead of 'Pokémon'.

It's a fake version of a real card; that's the box topper from EX Holon Phantoms.

...which is very odd...the copyright text (or whatever you want to call it) at the bottom of the card says 'Pokémon'.

That's what you gotta look out for, Veroooo. Watch out for inconsistencies to decipher fakes more easily.
