N wasn't in Standard for the majority of the 2015-16 season actually. Until Fates Collide released in May 2016.

I think you spelt Oedipus wrong
I don't know... Sophocles might have some uses. I can see many situations where a player has a large hand - but only wants specific cards to be discarded. Think how one would use Aqua Patch or Mega Turbo - or playing in an item lock situation. You can discard some resources, and hope to draw more of them that could help make a combo strategy happen.
That said... It would have been nicer if it drew 5 cards for you in cases like this. -.-

The Toxapex-GX was in the SM1+ subset, and is therefore not in Islands waiting for you/Moonlight of Alola. It will however be in Guardians Rising, along with Vikavolt, Sylveon and (presumably) Drampa

I am curious if anyone had any very cool deck ideas other than the all ready debated if it could actually work minior deck. Or any cards that could help existing decks be any better. Thanks for helping me out! I need some fun deck ideas. (BTW, just saying Tapu Lele Gx for any of these does not count, and please leave you reasoning why your idea could work in you comment as well!)
