Pokemon I've heard that if you hack your game, the GL and the GTS locks you out.

Is this true in any way? Because I've been thinking about an Action Replay to get a Lv1 Zekrom/Reshiram, but now I'm not sure if I should do that.

I'm pretty sure the GTS will not let you put a level 1 zekrom on. People use that to clone.

It is absolutely not true, I have traded hacks successfully on the GTS and used the Global Link with no issues.

You can't GTS clone Platinum onwards, can you...

You can via file by changing DNS settings.

Indeed, but you shouldn't see these Zekrom Lv. 9 requests. Those situations would be isolated from the main server.

It's not true.I just used GTS to get hacked Lvl.100 Shinies.Pokegen used.
However,I don't prefer hacks.Nowdays,I only hack to make my Battle Box.

It's stupid people always want a Lvl. 9 and under Zekrom, but I use GTS Negoations anyway. BTW, I've seen tons of hacked Pokemon on the GTS, so this is not true.

I think its dependent on how the Pokemon its hacked. If the GTS sees a Pokemon with a lot of corrupt or inconsistent data (having EV values above the limit for example), then it would be more likely to reject it. I think in the end its a matter of how the Pokemon is hacked (shiny, IV/EV stats, moveset, level, etc) that determines whether or not it gets in

The level 9 and under Zekrom is a feeble attempt at cloning Pokemon. You were able to do it in Diamond and Pearl, from but Platinum-onward it doesn't work anymore.
