So I was looking through my pokemon card book again and came across my Japanese holo Machamp. It is printed darker than the English version and has a Fire symbol instead of Fighting. I do not remember when or where I got it and I am very curious to if it's just some misprint or something else. I tried to do some research on it but could not find it at all. Here is a picture of the strange Machamp with the English version.

Yeah I just figured as much. If anyone could find out ANY information on this card, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! :)

even if you can, its in horrible condition, which is too bad :/

Yeah I'm not too worried about how much it is right now since it is a special card to have but I would love to know what the card is exactly. It would be nice to sell it for alot, yes, but that's not the major thing I want to know about this card although it would be nice to hear. I would only sell it depending on the price.

Even if it's a rare misprint, I think you can't sell it for pretty much just because of the card's condition...I mean..it looks like it was in your dishwasher :/

Yeah I have no clue what happened to it although it does make me a little sad ):

It's fake. As well as the typing, look at the fighting symbols lower at the attack - they're way off.

There are many ways you can tell this is a fake:

Energy Symbols
Cards don't peel that way, it's not that "silvery"
The background is very different
The holographic areas are messed up

All signs point to a fake. Sorry.

its a fake. noticed a few cards i had for a while were fake afew days ago, and i found out because the colourless symbol was way too big. both of those have that symbol.

I looked at the picture I put up and if you're talking about the colorless symbol on his second attack it does look smaller than the fighting ones but because of the lighting. On my card they are the same size and I see none of the things you last three mentioned on the actual card. I have also peeled a holo card before and it does have the silvery stuff on the back like this card does.

Edit: If you're looking at the "holo part being off" part that I see in the picture, there are some worn smudges which may have caused it to look that way. I looked at the card every way possible to see if you were actually right, but in the end it was the smudges fault that made the picture look like the holo was off.

You either have a rare error card that has gone un-noticed for 13 years or a fake. Fake sounds more believable.
