Has anybody read/heard what the Japanese Meta is like with the other set being out over there already?

Blastoise/Keldeo EX is winning a ton.

Don't put your hopes too high, their tourney is way different from others around the world.

Few decks like LostGar, Reshiboar, Zoroark/Darkrai, Garchomp/Altaria has been lack luster after the initial hype because these decks "won" certain tourneys in Japan. The only deck that lives up to the hype from Japan is Hydreigon/darkrai. So yea, don't put your hopes too high on the Blastoise/KeldeoEX deck.

In the actual metagame the only deck that wasn't played in Japan is Garbodor.

Not true. There have been other ones that are correct too, and in Japan's HGSS-DEX format, Darkrai EX/Mewtwo EX dominated, which took both first and second at worlds and got 3rd at US nats.
