Japanese pack arrangement?

I would like to know the pack arrangment in a pack of Japanese cards. What I mean by this is how many common, uncommon, rare, and holofoil cards come per pack.

Note: Do not answer if you haven't ever opened a Japanese pack or do not for sure know the arrangement.

There is 1 Holo Rare, 1 Rare and 1 Basic Energy in each. Not sure about the Commons/uncommons though. Also, no reverse holos.

Nope, japanese packs contains everytime One Holo, 2 Rares and one Basic Energy Card, the rest is filled up with commons and uncommons.

Is the number of uncommons and commons random? Or are they fixed like English sets?

They are random in some packs you can a holo and a reprint or shiny pokemon though.
