Japan's XY6: 'Emerald Break'? [12/8]

The other Mega Evolution is probably going to be a tough one to predict, though I assume it would be something to tie in with M. Rayquaza. My guesses are:
M. Ampharos-EX - The reason being is because Ampharos was a version-exclusive to Emerald, but I could always be proven wrong.
M. Blaziken-EX - Blaziken so far hasn't gotten any Ancient Trait cards. (considering how popular he is, one for him would have been leaked by now) The Pokemon company is definitely building up for a big Blaziken reveal, so this is probably the most obvious choice.
M. Gyarados-EX - Gyarados is a Pokemon that always has felt like a Dragon Type, and considering how much of a Fanbase he has, I think it would be a healthy addition.
M. Salamence-EX - I doubt 2 Dragon Type Megas would be in the same set, but there's always the possibility! Salamence is a Pseudo-Legend, anyway!

Technically M. Rayquaza or M. Salamence could be colorless too as they are also flying types. Still, odds are that they would be dragon types.
All the sets themselves have had only two megas, so if Rayquaza is one of them that means there is only room for one other. It could be M. Gyarados I suppose. It could also (kind of left field I admit) be a fairy type M. Audino.
The one thing about M. Ampharos is we have no idea what its type would be. If it's electric than yes it could be in the next set, but if they want it to be dragon then maybe not.
For the starters megas we'd either need something uniquely done so they'd be in one set, or if base sets are any indication they'd either have two in one set (like M. Blastoise/M Venusaur in XY and M. Charizard in Flashfire, both of them actually). That could be an interesting way if they wanted to release a M. Sceptile grass and an M. Sceptile dragon.
Of course we'll see more ancient traits I'm sure, maybe even a new one or two. It'd be interesting if this set featured the return of Delta Species, but I doubt that one.

Since M Rayquaza is Special in the game (requires no mega stone) I wonder how it would be special in the TCG? Dleta Trait may,be? Or Mega Rule?
