I do believe Lillipup got EPIC skipped from a long time ago any ways can you make me a banner size version of my last repuest?

Colours: All of Oshawott's colours (I reccamend you use that tool that lets you copy a colour
Images(provide a link if possible, unless it is a sprite): This or this I can't decide as a backround so surprise mebut make the letters pop-out
Text(optional): Oshawott Power
Employee (who you want to do your request): Jayj4
Anything Else?: Oshawott blue for the letters and can you have them out lined in Oshawott's shell colour? Also can you have Pokeballs for the O's like Pokebeach has their banner? Also in small read letters can you have "A great forum for all Pokemon fans". In stead of that can you have "Join today!" thank you :D

I didn't skip anyone....
It's just that I have a lot of requests...
Also I couldn't do Lillipup's, it was too hard ,I PM'd him about it..
