the buy price doesnt help cuz these companies need to make a profit so obviously its gonna be lower this was the lowest price I could find on ebay which i find the most reliable for prices as it shows what the people are willing to pay.

I agree that eBay is a good source, but what you linked me to isn't what people are willing to pay; it's just one seller's currently-listed price. If you want a truly accurate measure of what people are willing to pay, then check out the completed listings, which show:
$30 (mid may)
$19
$13.60
$18.50
$23
$32 (late march)
Feel free to look at more of them yourself...But as you can see, the average prices ($22.70 mean; $21 median) are nowhere near $30.
Cards are extra work, so I can't just value them exactly the same as cash in reductions. Hence, I'm putting your Celebi at an even $20.00.

No, sorry, since there's nothing that's actually being "lowered." I'm giving you a fair market value on the card.
What I can do though is deduct the dollar it'll cost you to send the card from your overall shipping charge. It shouldn't be so bad, though, so once I get a quote on that, we can figure out the final deal!
EDIT - Good news: since the bag is both easy to fold and fit into an envelope, shipping should only be $5.00 in a parcel post to Canada. And since I said I'd deduct a buck from it, that would make...
