In my experience it's good against passive/slow decks, but it struggles into any deck that is even remotely aggressive.

Every time on stream at whatever the latest regional was that I saw terapagos play raging bolt terapagos won (I saw this matchup once)
 
I took your advice on how to run Terapagos Dusknoir and I'm loving it. Though given that DTE's leaving rotation, I ought to have a backup plan. I wonder if "I can't believe it's not Zoroark GX" will fix things.
