I think they're quite nice legendaries, to be honest. I'd say they may both feel like more stand-alone basics over legendaries in contrast to the official legends, but you can obviously work on that.

Of those two, I think I prefer Basilance. I like the colour spread better, though I really like Scythesis (once I get over all those scythes ).

I'd say your most popular fakemon as accordance to likes/comments, like your starters and the Orcheed line, and such should definitely get a mega if you don't get into artist's block. I do feel like the Fuala line could also have a nice mega evolution.

I don't really care all that much for Mega Evolutions so I'm probably not the best person to ask. That said, I'd say to make Megas for whatever Pokémon strikes you creatively. If you have a good idea for one, go for it, since that kind of intuitive creation will produce better results than forcing a Mega onto something that you have no ideas for.

I quite prefer your traditional style over digital style, probably primarily because you've had more experience on your traditional style meaning it is smoother.

I like the traditional style more. That's mainly because the colouration's different but that's very hard to do on a computer program.

That aside, if you want to digitalize your drawings, I use inkscape. It's pretty good for vector images if that's the kind you want to do.
