Why is the blank so big? You don't really want to enlarge the blank, since it blurs the blank, creating a lower-quality fake. You can just make the picture smaller.
 
It looks pretty good, julliant! One thing to keep in mind, however -- while you may have seen the art used for sigs/banners/what have you, you were not the one to draw it, so you can't rightfully put that you are the illustrator. If you made the blank, you can certainly put a small watermark, but you aren't the actual illustrator.

1. You really shouldn't upscale the blank. Stuff like the metal energy is very glaringly low-quality because of the blurring. The colourless retreat cost energy also seems lower quality than the one for the attacks

2. If you don't know who the illustrator is, that doesn't mean you get to declare yourself as the illus.

3. Overpower truly does seem overpowered >_>
