when i begin the duel and have for example charmander SW out, i can´t evolve it. but is itpossible to use a rare candy to evolve it into charizard SW in T1?

Only if you go second. In this case, refer to the golden rule of all card games:
"If a card is so powerful it breaks the rules, the card is always correct".

Only with Rare Candy, or Broken Time-Space. Without these, you can't.

oh there i have another question... maybe you know^^ do you know when the booster series with Absol G are released in america? (because of my deck idea it is so awesome!) well, here in germany platinum isn´t released yet o_Ô

Pulse of the Frontier should be our August set, since We're getting Bonds to the End of time in May.

Yep, I heard from Dr. Kim Cary, who runs a lot of tournaments in southern California, that the Rising Rivals prerelease will be in early May. (I'm pretty sure it's May 9th, since that's the weekend of the AP Tests.)
