Disney taking over might not be a bad thing, look at ESPN/ABC their Disney and they're not that bad.

This is BUSINESS. Stop spitting fire at Disney for buying Marvel. As stated earlier, Marvel wasn't making good movies. Disney bought them from sinking themselves with movie production.
Sure, some stuff Disney made left a black eye (ESPECIALLY the High School Musicals). They're not going to assimilate the two into movies, they're just going to make the movies.
