Ruling Kecleon weakness/resistance

Kecleon RR's Body says it's energy type is everyone. This allows it to get extra damage for all weakness all the other pokémon got, right?
But if the defending pokémon have resistance, lets say Houndoom E4:
If I attack with kecleon's triple smash and gets one heads will the damage be:
1. 30 damage x 2= 60 60-20=40
or
2. 30 damage -20=10 10x2=20

Do you look at resistance or weakness first?

I believe you apply the weakness first so you would do 40 but you could just use sunnyshore city gym seeing as it allow syou to bypass restitance and do the whole 60

In a situation where weaknes is +?0 it doesn't matter. In the case of x2 (which I'm sure is what your asking) use the old trick from school. Multiply/Divide then addition/subtraction. In other words weakness then resistance.

If you see the Rulebook, it clearly says, that when an attack resolves, you first apply Weakness, then Resistance
