Yeah definitly have water, don't need a huge line of it but if you can do 1 for 60, might aswell have the energy to do the attack!

For KingBuzz I'd go 2 Kingdra Primes and 2 Regular Kingdra UL with Stream Pump for {W}{C}{C}. That way If you're going up against Reshiram you won't have to rely on Kingdra Prime to attack since it's Base Damage for Dragon Steam would be lowered from 60 to 20.

Donphan Prime on the other hand you can go with Kingdra Prime to do at least 110 to Donphan with Dragon Steam and Spray Splash combined. Even then you'd get a better KO with the Regular Kingdra while recycling your DCE's with Stream Pump.

It's going to be tricky to get at least 1 Kingdra Prime and 1 Regular Kingdra on the bench at the same time. With BTS out of the format you would need to Rare Candy Horsea twice, since Mandibuzz is your main attacker in KingBuzz I'm assuming, it's second attack Punishment can also help it hold it's own as a Stage 1 Pokemon especially against Machamp Prime.
 
um....ever thought of like....evolving it regularly. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE YOU WILL HAVE TO EVOLVE REGULARLY get over it. you will actually have to play a seadra :O I KNOW its soooo lame to actually evolve up to a stage 2. just do 4-3-4 kingdra 3 prime and 1 UL
