With this game coming out in 8 days in America and 11 in Europe I figured now would be a good time to start a thread about this game and celebrate it's release. And what better way to celebrate then with a colaberaton of bosses from the game.

I am very very VERY excited for this game! I am an avid fan of Kingdom Hearts.

Too bad I don't have a PSP >:I

No matter, I'm more than likely going to look up walkthroughs of the game on Youtube

I am, however, a bit taken back by the voice of Xehanort. I knew he was old, but I didn't expect him to sound like a raspy 70 year old
 
I'd definatly check out ZGCyberman 65. Right now he's doing a low level playthrough of the game as Terra with some additional retrictions.
 
Eh. I know my friends will get this game for their PSP. I might check it out (on their PSP). I cannot say I like the Kingdom Hearts series. It is totally subpar to the good Final Fantasy games (ignoring all the garbage we have been getting recently). The series is THE definition of an easy game series. I cannot remember having to do anything, but spam the attack button. That does not make a fun game. The graphics have always been bland for the console and the narratives, again, not as good as the good FF games. Overall, I'd pass this game up. I'm not predicting a change from the past KH games.
 
>.< Why would KH be compared to FF? Sure it's still Square, but a lot of games when compared to others just get reduced to nothing. I don't care about graphics much, but they are definitely getting better. Pretty soon we'll be seeing those cutscene like graphics all the time. If all you care about is(are, I don't know, I'm confused) the graphics and gameplay, then KH isn't a game for you. The story is great. Not trying to flame, but I'm sticking up for it.

I am excited for this game, but it's not worth getting a PSP for. It would probably be the only game I get it for, and I don't see a ton of PSP games I'd like. I'd rather the 3DS over a PSP.(I'm not a Nintendo fanboy.) I learned my lesson when I wanted the PS3 for FFXIII, but I've liked a lot of games for it. I'll probably watch an LP for it instead of buying it.

Also just as a question to all that aren't able to or don't plan on getting this game: Which of the three main characters do you like better?
 
The reasons I like this game is because:

1. It's got some all-stars providing voices
2. The story is so large and populated, that it makes you think until you want to sleep. :)
3. Disney? And FF? COMBINED???
4. Lots of feel good moments.


I've been a fan of Kingdom Hearts ever since it first came out in 2002. I was just 8 then, and I guess that's why I'm more attatched to the series.

I hope someone gets the game early and posts up some videos!

Looks like I'm going to have to save up for a PSP! How much are used ones?
 
I found a used one at around $140. Pretty cheap for a PSP. At least compared to the BBS package I got form Gamestop's website which cost me $219.93 with tax and the shipping and hadling. Speaking of which I guess I should also use this thread to update my progress in the game...
 
No I mean when I get the game. Guess I should have made that clearer.

One thing I am excited about in this game is that secret Boss Battle that was shown in the trailer. ;O

If I'm right, it wasn't in the Japanese one, right?
 
Yep he wasn't. Speaking of which I wonder who is under that coat? Can't be Xemnas that is obvious.
 
So, I guess the game's been leaked now. :)

I'm so excited to watch the English cutscenese now. I'm skipping straight to the Secret Movie.

I gotta say, it feels a bit euphoric after seeing the Japanese one a few months ago. :)
 
well, i might be getting a psp if the 3ds isn't out yet, but i think ill pass on this one. I wasn't to fond of Birth by Sleep, it just keeps straying from the point. Well, i think. I'm gonna stick with Re: coded. If i get birth by sleep, i'll be fine. But i don't really like Roxas's stories. Theyre sad :( I like Sora better. :)

i also agree with skyshamin. I know people who got a psp for this. BUT! I admit, PSP doesn't have very good games. So if you have a psp and need something cool and addicting, get birth by sleep
