Yeah... No. Game is over.
For now.
This will be my favorite part. Each player, their standings, and my favorite match from them. Let's see:
Final Standings
1st Place: [smod]Drohn[/smod]
As most of us expected early on, Drohn takes the cake! He has a few hard-fought wins against Brave for sure, but nothing stopped his fiery reign of terror. H
Favorite match: [link] vs Luispipe8
That double Chimchar dance. Forgetting No Guard. Only saved by based Lord Fletchling.
Yeah, awesome battle.
2nd Place: [mod]Brave Vesperia[/mod]
A hard fought battle for top position left Brave standing in second place. Very worthy opponent indeed. Many don't know he had an alliance with Scorched Feathers for a majority of the game, which paid off when he needed a trade evolution done for Rhyperior.
Favorite match: [link] vs Drohn
The only time Drohn ever lost! HOORAY! Not all hope is lost for the future... Sorta.
Starmie stall was cute, but freeze/crit was inevitable. Nice try Drohn.
3rd Place: [staff]Scorched Feathers[/staff]
A difficult position to reach for sure, especially since 1st and 2nd were all but confirmed, this was really the spot to aim for.
Muscling past Drac, Celever, and Luis Day 4, making it safely past the giant bloodbath.
What a trooper too! Forfeiting his last match to prevent Drohn from taking another of his Pokemon to use against Brave.
Favorite match: [link] vs peer
Dread Lord Fletchling taking a Roost and dying to a downpour.
Even though he still won in the end, it's pretty funny.
4th: Shampoo Thief
Well played ST, very well played. You has your fair share of wins as well,
5th Place: GM DracLord
Even with no competitive experience, and losing every one of his matches, this guy lasted long than a bunch of you still. Props Drac. Hiding in the background unnoticed is a apparently a great tactic in such an evil game.
Favorite match: [link] vs Celever
First thing, can I say... I love the name Jolly Roger on Lotad.
While there as, unfortunately, no match that Drac won, this one was pretty good because he did the one thing nobody else would do. Lie. 'Congrats on keeping your Mudkip long enough to evolve it all the way to Swampert on your lonesome.

Well played ST, very well played. You had your fair share of wins as well, most notably being the one to take down Celever in one of the best matches of the game.
Favorite match: [link] vs Celever
Obviously, the match against Celever. Not much to say other than well played (again)!
5th: [member]GM DracLord[/member]

6th: [staff]Luispipe8[/staff]
And we pass the half way mark. Luis takes up the 6th place spot. While he never evolved any of his Pokemon, he was kind enough to Rank his Mienfoo before handing it over to Celever in his second-to-last match.
Favorite match: [link] vs Scorched Feathers
Unfortunately, Luis also didn't have any wins. However, who doesn't love a good Malamar sweep?
7th: [member]Celever[/member]
I didn't expect this, really. Such a nice early lead too with that bulk of a Lapras.
Favorite match: [link] vs PMJ
Not much to say here, a good play for sure Celever.
8th: [member]PMJ[/member]
Out of the types chosen, you definitely had the short end of the stick here. And, unfortunately, they got you early for it.

...Watch it, you'll get it.

(I know some are "and" and others are "vs", but I'm not perfect, deal with it.)
Good game everybody! I hope you'll join the next one coming up next month!
I look forward to new types and strategies from everybody (or stick to old school ways, whatever you think best).
I'll definitely be joining the next one, too! I'm trying to figure out whether I should go with a good type next time or not, though. I'd prefer to go with a type I truly like using... It's between Dark, Bug, Water and Electric. I'll probably go Dark for the hell of it lol.
Looking forward to next game, though! why aren't signups up already!? >:L
KoN's going to be away on a trip soon (initially he made plans with me to help him host and post night and stuff while he was gone), so he probably won't be starting the new one until he's back.
