Vracken buys Mime Jr., Bronzor, Piplup for 6 gold each, and Shroomish for 12 gold. A total of 30 gold.

Blakers buys Riolu and Morelull for 21 gold each. A total of 42 gold.

double o squirtle buys Popplio, Darumaka and Spritzee for 22 gold each. A total of 66 gold.


As I previously mentioned, Event 2 will go up tomorrow. Status updates will go out before then.

Sign up phase

We're almost down to half the players. That didn't take long, did it?
How about we take some time to do something else for a change? It'll be fun! Probably.

  • Each player who wants to join the event must PM me the name of any Pokemon.
  • More details will be up when sign ups have closed.
  • There will be no penalties in this event, so no need to hesitate! :D

Sign ups will close Monday, March 5th at 10pm CET (tomorrow), or when all players have sent me a PM.
 
Event 2
Potluck Festival

Lets all gather together to make a potluck dinner! Just as I've asked, everyone has brought along a Pokemon of their own, so just throw them in right here! Now we'll just have to wait for it to get done.

  • All of the Pokemon that have been PM'd to me will be entered into the pot. You will each take turn drawing a Pokemon out of the pot.
    • The pot contains five choices, each with a Pokemon hidden underneath.
    • The Pokemon that you have pulled will be revealed to you in a PM.
  • When all players have their Pokemon, you will be assigned into pairs.
  • You will be building a team consisting of 6 copies of your Pokemon.
    • There are no restrictions on items, moves or anything else, as long as your Pokemon has access to it.
  • And if you couldn't guess it yet, you will battle against the player you have been paired up against.
    • The battle will be best of one.
    • The winner of the battle will receive 500 gold and 3 ranks.
    • The loser of the battle will receive 300 gold and 1 rank.
The order for picking your Pokemon has been randomized to this:

You may pick out of these choices:
A - B - C - D - E

Once one of the choices has been selected, it is locked.

Pairings will be up when all players have received their Pokemon.

It's been over 24 hours and @Blakers still hasn't made his choice. Since I want things to move along and because it really doesn't matter what you guys pick, he gets the first choice; A by default.

@Vracken, you're up.

Now that we've had dinner, lets start the day! (don't question it)
Just making sure that there are no misunderstandings - you may not use the Pokemon from the event in the regular battles.

Day rules
  • Each player may challenge up to three kingdoms.
  • There are no restrictions on which kingdoms you may challenge.
  • Each battler will receive 300 gold.
Day 3 ends Thursday, March 15th, at 10pm CET.
 
The day is coming close to an end. A total of two challenges has been made, where one out of those two battles has been completed. Is there anything in particular that you guys would like to see, that would help motivate you to keep playing? We should be coming up to the final spurt soon (had this day gone as planned, we would most likely have been at the final day tomorrow).

As more people try to purchase the same Pokemon, you may outbid them to acquire the Pokemon at the end of the Night phase. This is conducted in-thread. Open auction, guys!
The auction will end every 24 hours, going to the highest bidder. New Pokemon will be revealed immediately. This means two total auctions will occur before the Night phase has ended.
