It'll be good during BRs, but PLOX was good all season. I can't see it being too good anymore after stormfront.

I lol'd hard. Please, Kingdra isn't like PLOX now- and with so many new cards in SF that can wreck Kingdra (*cough*Raichu*cough*), it's unlikely that it will be later.

Definitely no. Like everyone said, there are many cards in SF that can probably overrun Kingdra particularly Raichu decks and besides, Luxray decks are already around in the format...

As much as I dislike Kingdra, good luck using his 3 energy attacks before being Kingroll'd.

Not a chance, Froslass is more of a threat IMO, as a deck. Kingdra has the donkability, but so ddi mario, and it didn't have much of an impact past Cities.

Kingdra didn't even far as I know , win the first BR in my area.
Kingdra's over hyped and plus you have a very low chance of donking.
Kingdra may be a good deck , but there are plenty other good ones as well.

i won battle roads with kingdra, i think it has giot high potential of becoming the new plox, yes it has weakness to some of the forthcoming cards, but so did plox, does anyone remember arithmetic with banette and cresselia. maybe just if kingdra becomes plox then raichu will be the new arithmetic.... nobody knows what is going to happen.

No and never. Kingdra is a nice card and certainly a threating one, but unlike PLOX, things can easily beat this. Raichu Lv. X just slaughters Kingdra. Leafeon counters it so easily its ridiculous. Plus, Kingdra can even run into a few consistancy problems, another thing it doesn't share with PLOX. Overall, Kingdra is good, but it is far from PLOX level.

Kingdra works great for me I think it will be a mini plox for BR's. The reason im saying this is because I went 7-0 at my BR's.

Nope. I agree with most of you who have posted. GG really did not have much in the meta with it, besides empoleon Variants and maybe skittles, and i am being generous there. But, Kingdra's format DP ON has so many more combos than you know and before you know it, kingdra won't be played as much as the BR part. I would say the next PLOX may be leafoen LVX, and shaymin X, with sceppy. This deck is good...4 energy per turn with a 160 HP stage 1 LV X...ouch!

You got it all wrong. PLOX is merely a counter of GG. PLOX alone can't withstand other deck if played correctly. The format now is a bit more balance then the GG era because all the decks nowadays are all imperfect somehow. Kingdra is weak to luxray, AMU is weak to luxray, luxray is weak to froslass, froslass is weak to froslass and etc.

^What? plox beat normal GG, but it was still gg. :/ Plox beat everything but emp and a good torterra last year (though didn't lose by alot). Also, how is luxray weak to froslass...and how is froslass weak to itself?
