So I made this kingdra deck and it's doing ok, but I believe it could be improved some more. If you guys could give me some feedback and general improvements that would be greatly appreciated. (The main attack is tornado shot).

I would say the Ninetales line is not necessary. Perhaps consider making the Octillery line a 2-2, or possibly the addition of the Tapu Koko promo, to make life a lot easier for Kindra's Brine.

Alternatively, you could drop the fourth Horsea and keep the Alolan Vulpix to help with setting up.

I have been testing Max Potion in my version, which has come in handy quite often. It isn't necessary, but perhaps worth a consideration. :D

I used to play the koko promo but I never really used it so I got rid of it. Also, the ninetales line really helps out when I'm being hit for weakness by heavy hitting GXs (won me a few games at a local league against bulu vikavolt).

For this deck, I have some Ideas:

-Hoopa from Steam Siege can be a nice lead for your deck, as you can deal 20 damage to 2 pokemon of your choice with 1 meager energy. 130 HP means it can take hits from Golisopod-GX, and when Choice Banded, it can deal 100 damage to Espeon-GX at the start.
-Tapu Fini could also work as a lead: Its GX Attack can stall your opponent while you get to develop your field.

Overall, I think that given you only need one energy to attack, try not to over complicate your energy acceleration strategy.

You want 4 Kingdra for max consistency. You should choose either the Vulpix, Octillery or Starmie to double down on, running them all 1-1 will really hurt your consistency. I'd drop Octillery/Remoraid and double up on Starmie since it guarantees you can attack every turn and Staryu is fine to start with.

I'd dump your super rod and replace it with another rescue stretcher, you actually want your water energy in discard anyways so you can fish them back out, you never really need more than one on the field at any given time anyways.

I was definitely considering upping the starmie line, will probably go through with that. I'll also change out that super rod :p

At first glance, your deck seems to be quite inconsistent with the 3 1-1 Pokémon lines to compliment your main Stage 2 Pokémon line. Further, should any of these stage 1 Pokémon be prized, you've potentially lost a key deck component integral to your assumed deck strategy. So, your deck could be a bit more focused. Bench space management will also become a concern too with all the various Pokémon lines; and with most of your Pokémon having relatively "low" HP, these Pokémon will be easy 1HKO prizes.

All 3 of the 1-1 Pokémon lines have positive and negative attributes. But, running a stronger Alolan Ninetales GX line, IMO, yields greater deck advantages.

Also note that with your current's deck's dependency upon Abilities (IF you could get all/some of those Pokémon lines into play) can be a liability when your opponent's have Garbotoxin active.

With your 1-energy attachment main attacker, why run Aqua Patches?

As an attacking alternative and starting Pokémon, Tapu Koko (promo, non-GX) would compliment your deck.

If you intend to use Kingdra as your main attacker, consider running 4, not 3; for they are relatively easy to 1HKO.

Suggested deck changes for your consideration:

-1 Alolan Ninetales
-1 Remoraid
-1 Octillery - not strongly needed or could be replaced Oranguru
-1 Staryu
-1 Starmie
-3 Aqua Patch
-2 DC - not really needed

Option 1
+1 Kingdra
+2 Alolan Vulpix (GRI)
+3 Alolan Ninetales GX - stronger, alternate attacker
+1 N - more card-draw support
+3 W

- - or - -

Option 2
+1 Kingdra
+3 Tapu Koko
+1 N
+4 Double Colorless
+1 W

- - or - -

Option 3
(in addition to the others to be replaced identified above)
-1 Alolan Vulpix

+1 Kingdra
+3 Joltik
+3 Galvantula - L/G Type Pokémon that can inflict 30 damage onto 2 opponent's Pokémon with Weakness applied
+1 N - more card-draw support
+3 W

I hope you find these comments helpful.
