STRATEGY: Start with Phanpy or Horsea and start to get set up with Uxie. Get out Kingdra or Donphan and put down a Seeker for the donk.

YOu really don't need Mankey since you already have Donphan. Defender isn't a great choice in an offensive deck, so take those out. In fact, the whole Trainer line needs some make up.

I would do:
3 Collector
3 Bebe's
1 Palmer's
4 Seeker
3 PONT
4 Candy
2 BTS
4 SSU
2 Belt
1 Lux. Ball

This fits in perfectly with your deck. But, you could still take out Energy for more consistency. I would also try to fit in a Mesprit. Getting a Stage 2 Donk isn't very viable anymore, and you'll want to be able to cripple your opponent for a turn 2 win if you don't get the donk.
