Ability: Plasma Steel
Prevent all damage done to your Metal Pokemon by attacks from your opponent’s Pokemon-EX.

Definitely playable.
This card is awesome when paired with cobalion and cobalion EX because of it's ability.
This card could bring klinklang back.
10/10 playability
3/10 art :(
 
This is one great card that might be overlooked by quite a few people.

Pros:
  • Plasma Steel makes this a great card to stall or set up KOs in the right situation.
  • Resistance against Psychic types is always a great plus, although Mewtwo EX can't attack it anyway.
  • Weakness doesn't really hurt it since Fire decks are far and few between.
  • Near perfect amount of HP. This guy is one tough cookie to knock out except by Hydreigon 97/124.
  • Good synergy with Cobalion EX, Registeel EX, and Klinklang BW.
  • Functions well with Max Potion if paired with Klinklang BW.

Cons:
  • Pretty low damage output, but this clearly wasn't designed as an attacker.
  • High Retreat which can really hurt if your opponent brings it up with Pokémon Catcher.
  • Stage 2s can be a pain to get out. Fortunately, this format allows more time to do this.

So overall, I'd give this card a 10/10 for playability and a 10/10 for artwork.
 
Really good card with an excelent playability. Paired well with klinklang BW, registeel EX, cobalion and cobalion EX. Definitely a deck that can be difficult to beat it can get into BDIF or T1.

This will be so good with Cobalion and Registeel, and maybe even run it 2-2 with Klinklang BLW. Max potion will make it an even scarier thing... shuddershudder
