Koffing CL 60/90?!?! O.o

That's a mis-cut card you have there. It happens when the machines cut a sheet of cards incorrectly.
They're not that common at all, so it should be worth a fair amount. I'd hold on to it were I you.

Dang. I have a miscut Totodile HGSS, but it's not rev...
Is that 5-10 USD? Or some other currency? Because I thought they were fairly common.
 
*runs off to check all of his cards to check for miscut cards*....i totally never thought about checking for miscuts! i think i saw a miscut meganium prime once but i cant remember where.
 
well i dont have any...at least i dont think. i havnt really checked but as i look...alot of the older cards there borders are really uneven it just looks off.
 
I remember that I had a miscut Giratina Lv.X promo xD. I traded it for a Raichu Lv.X
