The Strategy:

Using Pokémon, Collector, and Great Ball attempt to get 2-3 Voltorb out and a Kyurem. Followed by attempting to get a KGL turn two with aid from Legend Box, Communication, and Twins if you are down on prizes. Kyurem is for an extra damage hit, as well as having good typing comparatively to Zekrom or Reshiram, while getting that spread with KGL's Mega Tidal Wave.

I have consistency issues, but I understand that legends can be like that. I like the idea of Legend Box, but I feel like I'd have to run another legend like Suicune / Entei legend to get real usage out of it.

In testing I've gone 2-2, I've tested it since earlier this evening.

-1 Elm's (Just not enough evolution lines to warrant this play)
-3 Great Ball (If you want more pokemon search you could try dual ball, but I don't think you need either)

+3 Research Records - These are great when used with junk arm and legend box, and help eliminate some luck in getting out your legend.
+1 Water - This is a really high energy deck, and not to mention with Electrode, you need all the energy you can fit, so you don't risk discarding important resources.

Research Records can also help greatly when using Electrode too.

I like this idea. I have been trying to use KGL. But everything seems to be going against him. I would suggest using some Recycles in here. Just in case one of your pieces gets carryed away. Not to mention it helps with Legends Box too. I would drop the great balls and the seeker to max out a Recycle line and your legend box line.

Honestly, instead of Legend Box, you should run Bronzong instead. One energy and you are guaranteed to get KGL out. Legend Box is too inconsistant and if you go up against a trainer lock deck, you are screwed since both Legend Box and Communication are useless and they would be your otherwise only ways of getting the pieces out quickly.
