• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

I don't exactly see the synergy between these cards. These cards all almost have nothing to do in common IMO. I'd try to focus more on one pokemon, and not on a bunch of different ones.
I think he means smeargle by seattle. Smeargle is the better choice because its not as easily donkable as cleffa and with darkrai around, cleffa is even more risky to run because of its low hp.

I didn't build the deck, it was a friend, and I meant a smeargle but this stupid iPad does is wonderful corrections xd
 
Well, yes. Of course. I meant by like maybe to ask him to decide which pokemon he would like to focus on the most, or which strategy, so then we could modify it.
