the strategy is to use kyurem to spread early and use tornadus to get energy on kyurem and kyogre and kyogre ex is to fisnish off pokemon with dual splash

Loses badly to Zekrom/Eels. You dont need 4 Kyogres and 4 kyurems, consider Kyurem EX.

I would drop 1 Kyogre EX 2 Kyurem and add 3 Terrakion, a 1-1-1 Empoleon line, 2 Kyurem EX and 2 Twins.

Not 1-1-1. Far too inconsistent. and Terrakion doesn't really work either.
I've played around with this deck, Zeels isn't that much of a problem. just stream Kyurems.
Feraligatr prime is (incredibly) useful. you should use it.

Energy acceleration is needed, as members have said before me. Try
-1 kyurem (3 is enough)
-2 kyogre EX (4 is just way too much)
-1-2 tornadus (won't be too needed with feraligater)
-1-2 exp.mshare (won't be too needed)
-1 switch (2 may be enough)
- 3 DCE (depending on if you use feraligater)

+3-1-3 feraligater prime
+3 rare candy (feraligater )
+1 cilan (may help with feraligater)
