Lag

It's been very slow for me as well. I've recently cleaned out my computer of files I don't need anymore, as well as my PM box. My computer was off earlier today. It also doesn't apply to other sites for me. Nobody seems to know what's causing it, so I guess I'll just wait awhile.

This is the scenario for me. It has become most prevalent over this weekend.
 
It's fine for me o_O I'm on a mac if that makes any sort of a difference, but not once have I ever really experienced lag. The server shut down for a few minutes for me earlier today but that was the worst of it. I'm not sure what it is, but I haven't had any lag.
 
Its just you guys. Your all psychotic. Go away, the normal people like me are getting scared of you. Lol no jk. Is WPM trying to work on an update or move a server?
 
I just switch my browser to Mozilla Firefox. The lag is gone. However, Firefox will not recognize the cookies/login details from Internet Explorer. It is possible to login twice in the same computer and same IP address; one login for Internet Explorer, one for Firefox.

I still have that lag, but it's not as bad for me anymore. Switching pages is still slow, but at least it is working.
 
I often get errors when I click on to a different page. When it does load.. it's pretty slow. =[
I'm using firefox and I've cleared my cache and everything, but it hasn't helped. =p

Oh.. and it's only happening on pokebeach for me, too.
 
My connection is really slow too. It times out every other time. Its just this site. I use Firefox, and it is happening on both my home and work computers. (yes, I get on pokebeach at work)
 
is this going to be fixed? I can barely et on the site at all. Posting is the same thing. Does anyone know why this is happening?
 
Yea I thought it was only me because I didn't see any pages like this. But yea its pretty terrible on how much lag there has been as some pages don't even load and if they do sometimes they don't do it properly and I just get the basic outline of the site.

So far in IE its been OK, but I mainly use Google Chrome and Safari is not any better...

I hope this gets fixed soon cause I hate refreshing all the time! lol
 
This is becoming annoying. This lag is really crippling the forum. Sometimes the pages won't even load and time out on me.
 
I have been getting this too. I do not know why, but it is only once in a while. I really do not care though.
 
Yeah on long posts that happens. (And has anyone been noticing it takes a very long time to get on the main site? I have tried it with two computers, and its only pokebeach.com )
 
I thought it was only happening to me also, but now it's fast again. Weird.
 
It's suddenly better. I can now post anywhere again.

EDIT: Yesterday, I PMed WPM about this. He read the PM. Did he fix the problem because of that?
