I like the idea of excadrill accelerating energy and lunatone to ensure you're getting an energy and not discarding an important card, but landorus and groudon have to go. The water weakness they both obtain isn't worth the attacks they perform.

Next lucario has to go. The attack is pretty underwhelming and the ability only acts as a rocky helmet

Onto the trainers
-1 Pokemon Catcher
it's pretty unreliant now and only playing one isn't worth it.
-3 cheren
there are better support cards to choose from
-2 crushing hammer
It's pretty much like this: All hammer or no hammer. There's really no in between and you need more draw cards so this is just taking up space
-2 bianca
same as cheren
-1 bicycle
you aren't going to be burning down you're hand very often and 1 bicycle won'ty do you much good.
-1 hypnotoxic laser
1 isn't worth it, especially without virbank city gym
-1 hugh
don't get me started on this card....
finally the energy
-2 fighting
16 is too much energy

so you have 39 cards in your deck. let's see what we can put in this to finish it.

+4-2-4 Rhyperior XY
rhyperior has an attack called rock blast that says flip a coin for each energy attached to this pokemon. this attack does 50 damage times the number of heads you flipped. so you can accelerate energy onto rhyperior with the Excadrill EX/lLunatone engine then attack for high damage with rhyperior.
+2 victini LT
victini can let you reflip the coins you flipped if you are disatisfied with the results.

The trainers
+4 rare candy
this can let you go from rhyhorn to rhyperior and let you skip rhydon. Definitely needed for speed.
+2 skyla
let's you search out your trainers like rare cnady and make your deck run smoother
+2 juniper
draw
+3 N
draw
+2 Ultra ball
You need a way to search out your pokemon so you can get your setup out.
+1 level ball
Same as ultra ball
+1 Exp share
this can help you conserve energy

Finally the energies
+1 Double colorless
This helps you attack faster with excadrill and mewtwo.

Now you have 67 cards in your deck. I'd suggest taking these out for space.

For those cards in XY that haven't been released yet, they will be released in a few days on the 5th of Febuary. And you are looking for the non-ex version of victini and rhyperior (they haven't made Rhyperior EX yet )
