~Strategy~
Open with Delibird, get Feraligatr and atleast 2 Lanturn Primes out(3 is preferable) and juiced while Delibird draws more and more, then bombard the opponent with amounts of damage ranging from 110 to 180 per turn when everything is ready or Delibird falls.

~Why I choose Delibird over Spiritomb and Uxie~
Uxie, unless I go through all the hassle of running Lv X, is dead as a main drop and a waste of space on the bench once used. I cannot Rain Dance W Energy to it and if I need to use multiple, it somewhat limits the amount of space I have for Lanturns which in turn limits my damage power and ability to revenge kill.

As for Spiritomb, all I need is 1-1-1, or 1-0-1 with Rare Candy, Feraligatr in play, which is not a hard task. I don't need 2 or 3. 3-2-3 is just there for consistency. Lanturn is easy to get out itself being a Stage 1. I have never had an issue getting any of my monsters up and running, I don't see a personified Prof Elm's being of much use, especially when I have found Prof Elm's to be of limited use in the first place.

However, I have had issues with 1 Supporter not being enough per turn to get both a supply of Energy and Monsters, and due to Trainer lock, I wish to avoid Trainers. This is where Delibird comes in. 1 card first turn isn't that much different from Spiritomb. However, from Turn 2, things get much better as I go for Feraligatr first. Turn 2, unless I can play and have Rare Candy, will be @2. Not a bad return. Turn 3 I can be onwards from 5 cards(Even if I am on my second Delibird). From there, if I ever get down to 1 Lanturn and Feraligatr, Feraligatr is juiced for both Lanturn and Delibird, Delibird can be used as massive draw power to help get everything back to make the comeback. I don't see Uxie or Spiritomb having that level of help or synergy here.

The only problem I can see with delibird is it's low HP, and it has to be active to draw. I can see you giving away alot of prizes, and whoever your playing would be happy to see such a little squishy card active. I would personally change to Uxie, as the point is to add in SSU, or seeker so it can return to your hand and then play again, to refresh again! But hey if delibird works for you then use it!

I recommend:

-3 Delibird
+4 Jirachi RR

-3 Cheerleader's Cheer
+3 Professor Oak's Visit

-2 Flower Shop Lady
+1 Palmer's Contribution

-2 Professor Elm's Training Method
+3 Bebe's Search

-2 Warp Point
+1 Unown Q

-1 Sunyshore City Gym
+3 Broken Time Space

-2 Engineer's Adjustments
+3 Pokemon Collector

-1/2 Interviewer's Questions
+1/2 Cyrus' Conspiracy

-4 Water Energy
-2 Lightning Energy

+1 Luxury Ball
+2 Seeker

Delibird is too squishy and specific a starter. Jirachi gives you may more options, as well as the capability to search for Stadiums. Cheerleader's Cheer is a sub-par card. Professor Oak's Visit is better. Palmer's Contribution is better than Flower Shop Lady, as it allows you to get 5 Pokemon or 5 Energy if you really need to do so, and with such thick lines you shouldn't need more than 1. Professor Elm's Training Method is another sub-par card, and 3 Bebe's is very useful (As opposed to two). Warp Point is yet another sub-par card, and Unown Q does its job much better. Jirachi has free retreat as well, but you can use Unown Q to retreat a Lanturn followed by a Seeker (Added those in as well), then lay it back down using Broken Time Space and reuse the Unown Q later. Engineer's is inefficient. Since you'll always be able to attach an energy, there will be no situations in which you would rather discard it than attach it. There is plenty of other set up. Interviewer's is really only useful midgame, and even then only once. Cyrus' still gets you Energy, but also another Supporter. You have plenty of Energy, Luxury Ball is great, and Seekers prevent your opponent from taking prizes and allows you to reuse your (Nonexistent) Uxie.
