Latios and Latias ex Illustration Rares Revealed from “Surging Sparks!”

[Water Pokémon Master]

The first English cards have been revealed from Surging Sparks — Latios (#203/191) and Latias ex (#239/191)! Both cards are connected illustrations. They originally released in September’s Paradise Dragona.

Pokemon’s ad revealed the cards in a Venice-like location, paying homage to the Pokemon Heroes movie.
Surging Sparks will release on November 8th. We will start to see more cards over the coming weeks.

my guess is the latios is gonna be the same price or around the same as the groudon art rare from paradox rift

Really sad the Latias is an SAR ex and Latios is a regular AR. Cosmic eclipse tag team will be the only set where both are properly displayed together.

Latios getting a regular card while Latias getting an ex is weird but a good revenge for those times were Latios got a Mega EX and a GX(Psychic Latios btw) without her.
