Around 15th May, me and a friend are gonna make a league. His 15 and im 13. I just have some questions:

1: When we have prerealese, do the leaders/jugdes get any cards?
2: At tournaments, may we the leader and "half" leader play together with the normal players.
3: Im just wondering a easy way to learn Juniors the game, since almost the half of the players in this city is 10-.

You must be 18 to start a league. You must also have a consenting location to hold your league at. League leaders don't organize pre-releases, your local tournament organizer will set those up, as well as any sanctioned tournaments. Here in Norway, you may open a league when you're 15 years old.
