Pokemon:
1-1 Leavanny NV3
2-2 Vileplume BC3
2 Virizion NV13
2 Rayquaza DV
2 Landorus EX
2 Meloetta BC

Trainers:
4 Juniper
4 Bianca
3 N
2 Skyla
4 Pokemon Catcher
4 Pluspower
3 Rare Candy
2 Eviolite
2 Heavy Ball
2 Ultra Ball
2 Revive
1 Computer Search

Energy:
4 blend wmlf
4 blend grdp
4 Prism

Strategy:
The base of the deck is hitting some of the most common cards for weakness, using little energy, along with Vileplume, to score OHKOs. Leavanny is there to remove weakness since Pokemon like Rayquaza and Mewtwo are weak to their own type. This helps stops revenge KOs. So with Leavanny my Pokemon won't have any weakness, while Vileplume will allow me to hit for x4.
Virizion is a good starter for the deck and does great against Blastoise/Keldeo.
Rayquaza pretty much OHKOs any dragon for a single energy.
Landorus is for the many Darkrai and Eels. Really considering Terrakion instead.
Mewtwo is for well Mewtwo. As well as the somewhat popular Mew and other Psychic types.

I'm not too sure about this deck just yet. It seems really hard to get up 2 Stage 2's. But I also think that, while Leavanny and Vileplume are the center stars of the deck, the bulky basics are able to handle their own without them.

Updated 11-20:
Replaced: Mewtwo EX with Meloetta and DCE with Prism
Removed: 1-1 Leavanny, 1 Rare Candy, 1 N, 1 Heavy Ball
Added: 4 Pluspower, 1 Bianca
Thoughts: Supporter count seems kinda low to me. Maybe go -2 Heavy Ball +1 Skyla +1 Ultra Ball?

i find that in decks that play 2 supporters.
you need to focus your trainers/supporters on search and pull cards from the deck.

balls, communications, energy searches, other playable trainers that you can burn hands with.
for this exact reason is why i suggest running 4 juniper 4 bianca 4 skyla and 2-3 N (mainly for late game throwing your opponent 1 card instead of a full hand).

and deck that needs pokemon set up searches are REALLY good. especially since you are running a deck that is based of the idea of weakness countering your opponent.

I also believe plus power is amazing in any vileplume deck. an extra 40 damage is really good lol..
T2 160 with landorus and 1 plus power for 1 energy. and 30 to any bench is amazing against darkrai.
then you catcher a benched darkrai and take 4 prizes. not a hard play either. let me know what you think about my suggestions.

Take out Mewtwo for the new Meloetta that came out in Boundaries Crossed. It has an attack for {P} that does 10 + 20 for every energy attached to the Defending Pokemon. If they're using X-Ball with it, you can KO it. Plus, Meloetta only gives up one prize. Of course, the T1 pressure is nice, but you can also get that with Rayquaza. If you take out Mewtwo, you can drop the DCE for Prisms, and that will make your energy line a lot more consistent. If you find you need to make room for consistency, you could take out Leavanny. I don't really think it's necessary since you will have the techs necessary to take advantage of the x4 Weakness and your opponent will not.

Edit: I might leave in one Mewtwo for things like Garbodor that won't have any energy attached. A base 10 damage is really low, especially when it is Garbodor, and they're locking the x4 Weakness.

Thanks. I really did want to add in some pluspowers but couldn't find the room.

I think Meloetta would be better after all. I had totally forgot about Prisim energy when making this deck lol.

I will update the deck list soon.

8 Blends + 4 Prisms? Sableye + Enhanced Hammer spells doom for your deck. Also, Leavanny isn't needed. I built a deck using Plume and Leavanny and found it to be way too slow.
