90 HP hits a lot more than Toy Catcher's 50. Probably playable in some form of grass box. Torterra, Hydrapple, even Dipplin Festival comes to mind.

better technically i guess, not sure since you have to evolve and it takes up 2 deck spaces though

Also, Ledyba's low hp makes it bad against Dragapult ex, considering it's a support-type pokemon. Would be pretty messy if you'd have to play this with rabsca. If only Ledian received a stage 2 evo from SV.
