I saw these sleeves in a trade thread, are they legal?

Is the 2nd pic you see that the backs are as flashy as the front, but I'm still not sure if they are legit. Anyone know?
 
As a Professor, the official answer is that those sleeves are completely 100% not legal for play in a sanctioned tournament.

This decision is left to your head judge for the event however.
 
Unfortunately, those would not typically be considered tournament legal. But it's up to the head judge of your event.

I must say though, I personally love sleeves like those. I had tons of decks for multiple games sleeved in similar looking sleeves around eight years ago. I adored them.
 
The reason that those probably would not be leagel is the holographiciness on the front side looks like it could distort text which is against the sleeve creteria.
 
Id love to use sleves like these (but not in those colors lol)
need dark blue ones....
hope my local judges will allow them...
 
I use them for my Scynchro's in YGO (I only use 4 scynchro's unlike other people I've seen).
I'm a TO/Judge/Prof....I wouldn't let people use them for Pokémon, but for a Side/Extra/Fusion/Scynchro deck it's fine...as it's not the main deck.
I use the Purple color if anyone cares.
