I really don't think having M Latios is a hint at getting M Latias. Duos and trios are constantly broken up. But the fact that the megas are the exact same design, why they decided to do that is beyond me, makes having two in the same set redundant, unless the other were of the psychic type but that position was taken. Dragon M Ray being only in the English set to M Latios was the set's Dragon mega from the Japanese perspective. Maybe it'll happen in the future, I wouldn't object to seeing every M EX one day. That being said some need reprints of their secondary types.
