"Don't answer that, we have more serious matters on our hands. Arceus plans to destroy Earth in hopes of seeking revenge of the boy. If he realizes the the boy isn't on Earth, then he might not attack it. Forte, all I need you to do is open a small hole to Space's dimension in front of Arceus for a short time. If he sees the boy, then he'll be preoccupied with trying to enter an "Arceus-proof" dimension for about... forever, I suppose."

And yes I sleep a lot. I'm suppose to sleep tell the meteor comes, but I broke the tradition. That has weaken my powers.
