Ontario, but it shouldn't make a difference.

Most of the stuff you want is small, but I'd like the Ho-Oh Legend or the normal Gengar Prime.

No, I'd be ripping myself even just doing the 2 collectors for the Ho-Oh and gengar.

Would you do it for only 1 collector? I still need to verify that I have all those cards in my possession first, though.
