if anyone can offer a few of these, they will get a nice shiny regigigas

however not too high level please, I want some fun of leveling them, level 70 or below
lower the better

I have ALL the starter pokemon in SHINY form rare candied to there evolution level.

So Venasaur evolves at lv 32, so he's 32. ECT.
