Level 50 Hoopa Distribution for Movie 18

To get Hoopa Unbound (ORAS only), go to any PokeMart with Hoopa in your party and talk to the clerk next to the kiosk. He'll tell a story and then give you the Prison Bottle. It's a key item that you can use on Hoopa to transform it for three days.

You can meet the clerk again at the top of Mauville City. Nothing further happens, but he'll chat with ya about Hoopa a bit more.
 
How can people here in America get Hoopa? Is the movie coming out here in The United States too???
 
Once Hoopa becomes legal, it can be traded via regular trade; but like all event legends it will not be able to be put on the GTS. I believe this is true.

True

Unforunately, that'll cause language problems with being unable to get an english or other language hoopa.

It'll probably become a gamestop event or something like diancie did for the West.

Okay I was wondering if Hoopa will become available in the U.S. Thank you for the info.
 
How long has it been since the Diancie release? ( Trying to estimate when we will get Volcanion )

Diancie was released 3 separate times in mid-to-late 2014:

Diancie Movie Release (Japan): July 19th, 2014 to September 30th, 2014
Diancie GameStop Release (USA): October 27th, 2014 to November 16th, 2014
Diancie European Release (Europe): November 6th, 2014 to November 28th, 2014

According to Serebii, Hoopa's Japanese movie release event will begin on July 18th and end on September 30th, 2015.
