I heard someone on this site say you can only evolve to a level x if the pokemon is active? I read through both my secret wonders and stormfront rule book and found it nowhere in there. Can some please shed light on the subject and tell me your source. The source is a must, so don't post an answer if you can't back it up. Also, lame links to some other members dicussion of this won't hold up. I want official proof. Thanks everyone.

Mind reading out the part in the gold-colored thing on the bottom of the card? Particulary the 6th word, which is found on every level X Pokémon.

Jeez, who took a dump in your Korn Flakes... shouldn't you be given a warning since the question was already answered?
If anything, you should be given a warning for your arrogant way of asking. You wanted proof, I'll give you proof so that you won't be like, say "I dont have a lvx so i cant see it", or something, which given your original post wouldn't surprise me.
Too late you should read my other posts. This guy (while he may be good at something) does not deserve my respect. Arrogant isn't even the beggining of the words i can describe him/her with.
